Zoom Link Not Appearing on Calendar Invite

Question

I have integrated Zoom in my account and set it as a location in my event type, too. Still, the Zoom link is not appearing on the calendar invite or even on the email notification. I have a Teams subscription plan, FYI.

Please advise on how to troubleshoot this. Thank you.

Hi ​@LorenP- Thanks for reaching out!In this case, the first thing I would try is disconnecting your Zoom integration, then connecting it again, which allows it to sort of - refresh.Once its reconnected, try scheduling a test event with yourself to see if it works!If not, the next thing I would do is chat in with our support team, they’ll be able to look into any specific errors and help you resolve it from there!
