I’m a longtime user of Calendly and my use cases for it have expanded considerably over the years. In this Loom video, I go over my most used Event Type, the Intro Meeting, which covers a lot of different situations by which have first conversations with prospects and professional connections.

What I didn’t share in the video is how I have the link for the meeting very close at hand. I have it saved as a macro on my Mac using the Text Expander app, which allows me to add it to any exchange with a simple text string.
