I have spent too much time away from my business to figure out what is happening with Calendly. Only to realize that Calendly has changed its product. Calendly removed the CALENDAR view from their product offering. They removed the thing they’re named after?! It is the entire reason I purchased an annual subscription four weeks ago. Now, I am stuck with a product that is not useful to me. I have read in other threads you’re stuck with the annual subscription. However,  I’m considering disputing the charge unless I get a refund from them since this product is now completely different from what I signed up for. OR , they need to add the calendar view back. This is unacceptable. 

I think it’s funny they made this post 2 hours ago and shut the comments off because they know how many people will be unhappy with the change, and they didn’t even bother warning us about it. This update was made five days ago, and I still have yet to receive an email from Calendly with the product update. 

But like any product change, there is always going to be a moment of “Oh no. Where did that thing go!?!” and here on Community we’ve been seeing those types of questions. So we’re going to take a bit to dive into the questions we’re getting and see if we can help get y’all up to speed… and then some.” 

That “thing” you took away is the reason a lot of users use your product. Read your forums. I am a visual person, and my schedule changes constantly. It used to be easier to manage with the calendar view, but now it is a mess. It is NOT intuitive.  I run my own business and need something I can rely on, and now I know it is no longer Calendly.

Calendly, your rollout of this, lack of communication, and removing the very “thing” you're named after are quick ways of losing your customer base.

 

I can't believe that users would have asked to remove the calendar view from appointment CALENDAR.
