I see others have previously inquired about this and I’d like to drive home the feedback and ask that it is pushed with priority to your dev teams/product teams.

I have found Calendly to be nearly perfect in every respect save this one. All of my meetings are weekly, and each week I need to remember to go in and REBOOK all of them for the following week.

Several user notes here:

  1. I want to be able to, from the booking screen where I type in the users name/email, set the meeting to Repeat → Weekly and set the date until which this weekly appt goes (with one of the options to be indefinitely).
  2. In the meantime while this feature is ironed out, I would appreciate the option to ONLY send the Reminder email 24-hours in advance - not a ‘confirmation of booking’ email. This way, my patients don’t know exactly when I rescheduled them in for the next week, only that we have a set weekly appointment that they will receive a reminder for every week at the same time. To be clear, I want the reminder email and the confirmation email to function as separate entities so that I can send ONLY reminder emails.

Is there a timeline of release for the repeat-meeting feature?

Thanks in advance for the information.

Hi @Jord.1992,

Noted! We’ve had a lot of requests for recurring/repeating meetings and it sounds like you’ve seen those too. We’ve absolutely been passing along the feedback and will continue to do so. No timeline yet, but absolutely something we’re looking into.

Also noted on the email settings. That’s another one we’re hearing more and more of, and I totally agree it would be a great functionality to add.

adding my voice here too. @Jord.1992 laid it out well, and other threads have detailed it.

Calendly has been the best is so many other respects, but many of my appointments are repetitively scheduled, and that creates repeat business for me, so its not just a ‘want to’ but a ‘need to’ function.

Thanks.
