Hello, 
A client has cancelled her appointment but has been charged by stripe. Is she reimbursed automatically or do I have something to do ?

When an event is cancelled through Calendly, it does not reimburse through Stripe. This is because everyone’s cancellation policy is different and some may not do refunds at all, some might do partials, and some may offer full refunds. We just handle the booking side of things. Stripe does the payment.
