I have 4 calendars across different businesses.

I can sync all 4 calendars from an availability standpoint but I want to have a specific booking link for each different calendar i.e.

I want to have a calendar link in my email for @acmeinc that will see availability in all my calendars but if someone books time with me it will be in the @acmeinc calendar.

Similarly my @ABCINC email calendar link will also see availability over all my calendars but if they use that link it will book into the @ABCINC calendar.

I cannot see that this is possible on Calendly without paying for 4 subscriptions (which is a silly workaround IMO)

Hi @Jason36241,

To your point this isn’t really possible without adding users to your account. Calendly, for an individual, is really designed to work with one calendar that contains all your events although it can check for availability across multiple connected calendars. What you are describing does in fact require adding calendars as users and setting up a team page. That said, I will tag this post as product feedback and will make sure our product team sees this when they consider feature updates.

We have some good resources about creating a team and setting up team events! The first step is adding your desired team members to your account from your Admin Management page. Then, you can set up a team page. Your team page will have all of your events specific to that team: round robin or collective.

Round Robin events will allow your invitees to book an appointment at any time at least one assigned team member is available. Collective events allow invitees to book an appointment when all assigned team members are available.

If you'd like a more thorough breakdown of the team features, check out this recording that walks through the basics of using Calendly with your team.

Sean,

Thanks for the response, no need for more info, I understand how teams and round robin works.

This is a critical feature for me, I operate in multiple companies and have to have the invites coming to and from the companies calendar.

For now I am using a competitor that does this as standard. I can create a meeting type that will check all my 4 synced calendars for availability but will create a calendar item within the calendar I have identified in that Meeting Type. If/When you do this, this is how it should be done.

thanks

@Jason36241 Could you please share the name of the tool that you are using? Thanks
