Hi, 

I had an event running, and was sharing the booking link. Many people booked just fine and I had a list running of attendees. However, I had a group of people who said they had confirmed their booking, but I did not receive their confirmation, they didn't get any confirmation link. I also didnt see their name on the list. 

Because it was a handful of people and not just one person, what could be the possible reasons to trouble shoot this issue? Do I assume its a user issue? or could there be another reason they say they confirmed, but didnt get added to the list?

An interesting case for sure. I would say there would be more of a Calendly issue if all users weren’t able to book correctly. The best way to look into something like this would be to collect screenshots/video from one or two of those users showing them going through the booking process (Making sure the correct booking link is used, information, confirmation page, ect) Unfortunately, we’re a little limited on what we can look into if we can’t see any of the information they put in. So the best way to move forward is to get information from their end.
