I set my availability within calendly yet days later you continue to allow people to book within my blocked time. WHY?! This defeats the entire purpose of paying for this service and blocking out times when your system doesn’t do what its supposed to do.

Just to confirm, did you make this change from your availability page? If so, can you double check to make sure the schedule is set to be Active On your events? You can check this by looking at the dropdown at the top of the page:
 


Can you make sure your events are selected here, then check to see if the availability shows up correctly? Let me know if this works!


Active for that event was not on. Thank you.
