I just received a number of cancellation notices from meetings I had on May 28, 2024.  Our Outlook automatically gets archived regularly and it looks like my calendar has been archived through that date (05/28/2024).  I’m wondering if that’s the reason for the cancellations?  What’s odd is I’ve never received these cancellation notices before even though I’ve been using the software for 18 months.

In this case I’d recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team as this could have been caused by a number of issues that would be difficult to diagnose on a forum. They can walk through every potential problem with you live → Contact Customer Support
