Can you look and see when you booked the meeting? If you scheduled it within 24 hours of the meeting start time then the text reminder that goes out the day before won’t get triggered. Those reminders get triggered at the specified interval, no sooner or later. For example, if you book a last minute meeting 45 minutes from now and set up a text reminder for an hour before the meeting’ that reminder won’t ever go out. I hope that makes sense. If this isn’t the case then you might want to check to make sure your contact has their phone number filled out and that the workflow is active for that specific event type.
