I want to open up availability 48 hours in advance. How can this be accomplished?

It sounds like the setting that would help you is modifying the date range. You can find this in your event type under Scheduling Settings. From there, you’d want to set the “Invitees can schedule...” to either 2 weekdays or 2 calendar days - whatever fits your needs better.
