We’ll be doing many tradeshows this fall, and as our call-to-action, we’d like to offer attendees the choice to either simply received more info on our company and offers via email, and/or also book a meeting with us.

Thus, I’d like to use Calendly to have a “landing page” offering the person to opt for receving an email, but without the obligation of also setting up a meeting.

It this possible? If not, what would you suggest?

Thanks so much!

Marc

Could you create a routing form in Calendly that has both some checkbox options on it that say:

  • If you just want an email, here’s the link to the form to sign up
  • If you want to sign for a meeting, here’s a link to signing up for a meeting
  • If you want to do both - here’s a page to signup for email AND setup a meeting?

Hello @Marc-André27811 here’s how I might approach it…

I figured this one out. Just change auto-calendaring to an email that says thanks for your email and turn off other automations. Then customize the rest based on how you want it in a way that’s easy to share an email. Here’s my example: https://calendly.com/kerbisverse/email-collection
