When I make time available to people, is there a way that I can indicate that in my calendar so I don't accidentally double book? In other words, if I have office hours for my students and make those time slots available to them, is there any way that I can show in my own calendar that I’ve made those times available?

There aren’t any great options here unfortunately. Calendly is looking for free time on your calendar and any sort of ‘busy’ block will prevent students from scheduling during that time. Your best/only solution here is to put a ‘free’ block on your calendar and hope that peers who have access to booking with you directly see that and avoid it.
