An error occurred

The operation couldn't be completed.

(CalendlyKit.APlError error 1.)

 

every time I go into clients details this shows up! I am unable to access what I need to do to complete my sessions

Hi ​@44spiritualyou46852 - Couple things we can try right off the bat:

  • Can you make sure your Calendly App is updated? Could you verify what version you’re on?
  • Does this still occur if you delete and reinstall the app?

I reinstalled the app a few time today still says the same. It hasn’t got any update request on the app so assume it’s fully updated?

    Hi all - Our team has identified an issue with the mobile app causing theses issues.Our development team is currently looking into the disruption.

      You should also see an update in the app store, I recommend you update the app as soon as its available. :)
