Our users cannot sign onto calendy because zscaler cannot process the request for the extension.

We have tried to bypass it by bypassing this and sending it straight to the internet but it still does not work.

  • api.airbrake.io
  • calendly.airbrake.io

I just need to know what the extension uses in order to fix this for our users while on site.

Hi @Blake72312  !

It seems like the issue you’re encountering might be related to your firewall setup. Could you please check and confirm the following:

1. Ensure that the Calendly extension can reach both clients-assets.calendly.com and calendly.com on port 443 (https).

2. If your firewall tool is performing deep inspection (e.g., modifying or blocking headers), make sure that cookies can be sent and that the “SameSite directive” is passed through.

3. Double-check that all Calendly subdomains (*.calendly.com) are whitelisted and not just https://calendly.com.

You asked a question “I just need to know what the extension uses in order to fix this for our users while on site.” but I wasn’t sure what you meant by that. Are you looking for some specific information on the extension that I might be able to get for you?

Please let me know once you’ve checked these items or if you need further assistance!
