Calendly is not connecting to the Outlook calendar I need it to connect with (my business calendar). It says that it's connected (yes, my personal calendar) and will not allow me to add another domain; any suggestions?

Hi @Jaye35312 - Are you getting any sort of error when you try to connect a second calendar?

Any details you have can help me dig into this further for you. :)

No.

Okay, so since you’re not getting any errors, whats preventing you from connecting another calendar?

You should be able to connect both calendars at once through your connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

Let me know!

The Availability window shows that I’m connected to my personal email and when I click on “Add a Calendar” a server window pops up w options for Google, MS Outlook and MS Exchange. I select MS Outlook and I’m asked to sign in which I can only do with my personal email, not my business email which is now nested under my personal email. Have asked domain provider if i need to open another Outlook account, and they have said No.

In this case, you can try sharing your business calendar with your personal Calendar if your domain provider would allow it.

Once its shared with your personal calendar, you should be able to access it as a sub-calendar from Calendly:

To share it, I would recommend sharing this calendar from Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com/calendar), following these instructions from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-your-calendar-in-outlook-on-the-web-7ecef8ae-139c-40d9-bae2-a23977ee58d5.

This has a different result than sharing the calendar through the Outlook desktop application, which should in turn allow Calendly to access the calendar. You'll want to specifically ensure that you have Delegate permissions in order for Calendly to access this calendar. (You may need to ask the individual who shared this calendar with you to confirm this on their side if you cannot access this information on your side.)

Let me know if you have any questions!

it was a host provider issue, so finally worked it out with them.  TY for your troubleshooting, David!
