We’ve heard your requests, and we’re excited to announce a Scheduling API will be available soon!

With the new Create Event Invitee endpoint, you’ll be able to:

  • Programmatically schedule Calendly meetings on behalf of invitees
  • Skip redirects, iframes, and Calendly-hosted UI for a smoother, fully embedded experience
  • Fully enable scheduling use cases like AI Agents, workflow automations, and custom portals

Want to be notified when it’s available? Sign up for our Developer Newsletter to be the first to know when APIs and developer resources go live.

This looks awesome! Do you have an ETA for when the Scheduling API will be available?
Also, will there be an opportunity to try it out early or join a beta?

Hi @artem-antipov — glad to hear you’re excited about the new API!

We’re not offering a public beta for this, but we can share that it will be available in the near future. Please make sure you’re subscribed to the Developer Newsletter (link in my original post above) to be notified, and I’ll post here as well!

Hi @hilaryyeg I can’t wait to use it! Good luck to the team with the work ahead, I will be waiting for the Developer Newsletter in my inbox 🙏

Great news! Knowing the specific date when this feature will be available would help us plan our roadmap more effectively. In the meantime, we'll keep an eye on the newsletter for updates.

This is great news. A lot of our clients will be very happy to see this. Good job Calendly!
