Tried targetting the css classes of the routing form but it is not working even if adding !important

Since the Calendly routing form is displayed in an iframe, you will be unable to target it from your parent page using either CSS or JavaScript.
We do have some color customization options for the embed, which are described right here. You will have the option to apply custom colors when generating the code for a routing form too! Styling options other than those outlined in our Help Center aren’t available at this time.
