Custom duration for event

Hi,

I have an issue with the custom duration setting on an event.

On pc it works as intended. A small drop down menu is available with the custom times I made.

However on mobile ( which most of my customers use ), the dropdown menu doesn’t appear.

The arrow next to the time shows up next to my default time, but the options to choose from don’t appear.

If I tap it, the arrow changes to down ( to indicate a dropdown menu ), but no dropdown menu shows up.

I tried Safari, Chrome, both on recent android devices and multiple Apple devices , different users with different accounts.

Do I need to change something so it works on mobile devices?

Would you be able to send over a screenshot of this so I can take a closer look? I’d like to see if I can reproduce this on my side as well.

Additionally, you should have an option in your mobile settings that allows you to “See the Desktop view”, if you change this setting on your mobile browser, does the dropdown appear? Let me know!

Hi david,

I added a screenshot, all anyone can do ( on mobile devices ) is change the direction of the arrow.

Desktop view does not give the menu. Only on desktop pc does it work as intended.

Any update on this ? 

The option to select different durations on mobile still does not work.

This is also happening to me. I click to select duration and no pop up options show on screen. The drop down menu showing time durations shows up very low down on the page..
