Dynamic Landing Pages with Unique UTMs on Event URLs

Currently, Calendly doesn’t offer a native way to dynamically create fully customizable landing pages that group multiple event types with unique UTM tracking links per customer.

Here’s what you can do to achieve this kind of functionality:

• Use your own website or CMS to build custom landing pages for each customer. You can embed selected Calendly event types on those pages and programmatically append unique UTM parameters to each booking link or embed URL.

• Calendly does support UTM parameters on booking links and embeds, so these parameters are preserved through the booking flow and can be captured by your external analytics or CRM tools.

• The Calendly profile page (e.g., calendly.com/yourname) does show all public event types but cannot be customized to show only select events per customer.

• The API lets you fetch event types to help automate link generation or embed code creation, but it doesn’t support creating dynamic landing pages or grouping event types in custom ways.

In summary: To create a unique, multi-event landing page per customer with tracking, it’s best to host those landing pages on your own system and embed or link to Calendly event types with your desired UTM parameters.
