Error message: "Too many requests. Please try again later"

Trying to book a meeting and getting an error message preventing me from scheduling. Why?

Hi ​@SarahSF - Thanks for reaching out.

Theres a couple of things you can do to help resolve this issue:

  1. If you are using a VPN, we would recommend turning it off as this correlates to the issue.
  2. Clear your browsers cache and cookies, which has also helped a lot of users.

If you’re still seeing the issue appear after doing this, I’d also recommend reaching out to our support team, as they would be able to take a closer look at whats going on.
