Hubspot/Calendly API integration

We currently use Calendly across our franchise network and looking to integrate Calendly appointment data with HubSpot while ensuring that appointment information is routed to the current location.

Our issue stems from during our initial testing, we discovered that the standard Calendly–HubSpot integration does not appear to support location-specific routing or filtering based on individual Calendly seats, users, or franchise locations.

Instead, appointment data appears to be synchronized across HubSpot users without properly distinguishing which franchise location owns the appointment.

For example, when testing the integration with a franchise location in Cincinnati, an appointment associated with a Portland franchise location was incorrectly synchronized into the Cincinnati location's HubSpot contact list.

Has anyone run into this before?   We have our locations as seats within one account over multiple accounts for each location to maintain service and uniformity and we simply can’t create 350 accounts.
