Dear Calendly Team,

I see this has been asked many times over so this is nothing new to you. The last I read about it was 30 days ago.

Essentially, when will Calendly join the list of these Reserve with Google partners? https://www.google.com/maps/reserve/partners?ihs=3

This is such a key feature for those who have a local business and rely on people booking an appointment to benefit from a service. I understand that Calendly might have initially been designed with corporate meeting organisation in mind, but there is a demand (judging by this forum) for it to cater more to small businesses and sole traders who rely on booking appointments as a source of customer contact.

Like others, I am contemplating shifting away from Calendly (my yearly plan will be up for renewal in December) if this is not something that is coming out of the pipelines soon.

For myself and the many others interested, would you please mind sharing with us whether it is indeed something that Calendly is actively working on and whether there is any hope of seeing it rolled out any time soon?

And if you require to test it with a few users, I volunteer to be one of them asap!

Best regards,

Nicolas Rossi

Hi @Nicolas - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes completely agree, this is something thats been requested a lot by users and I can see how useful it would be to implement.

The good news is this is something we’re working with Google to implement in the future, however, I don’t have an exact timeframe on when something like this would be available. I’ll ask around on my end to see if I can get any update!

In the meantime, I’ve forwarded off your feedback to our product team to review. Hopefully its something we’ll see soon!

Hi David,

Please do ask; are we talking ‘by the end of the year’, in Q1 2026, S1 2026, S2… So far this has been the line ‘no exact timeframe’ and hence why the question comes back again and again… and you might even be losing a few customers because of this.

I think it is perfectly legit to escalate the question and ask for an official update.

Thank you for this.

(I am personally in meetings with two other providers next week to see what they have; I have no other reason to leave Calendly at the end of my subscription)

Nicolas
