While Calendly does support pre-populating answers to booking questions using URL parameters (like first_name=Jane
or a1=example
for custom questions), the query parameter names currently aren't customizable. This means if a third-party site appends parameters like ?source=xyz
, there's no built-in way to map source
to a Calendly field unless it matches the existing format (first_name
, last_name
, email
, or a1
, a2
, etc. for custom questions).
That said, I’ve submitted your feature request to our Product team on your behalf. While we can’t guarantee if or when this functionality will be implemented, we take all customer feedback seriously and use it to guide future improvements to Calendly.
