Since yesterday I’ve noticed a new layout which prioritises the meeting type versus the name of the person being met. The font is small and the transition from the old format to the new was sudden and unexpected. I’m sure I can get used to it in time but I really don’t like the workflow of this new layout. Does anyone else feel the same way? Were we informed this was going to change and I missed it?

Hi David, I didn’t want to share too many details in my screen shot, but it used to be the name of the client that was the main heading, but not it is the type of appointment and also the client name, but the font is smaller and everything has submenus when you used to be able to have all the info on one page. It is cumbersome going into another menu to see the answers to appointment questions. All the booking info needs to be a one-pager in an ideal world. Makes for an easier workflow.
The ability to schedule invitee again has also disappeared and now takes three clicks through the diary. In my view the new look is a car crash. To the point where I might look elsewhere.
