Slack and Calendly Integration

Question

Why can’t other members of my team see my Product Demos being booked in our Slack? The Calendly integration only works on an individual basis, and only I can see when product demos are booked for myself.

I want my engineers to be able to see when product demos are booked in Slack as well, since they like to see the notification when it comes in.

Hi ​@lexos- Thanks for reaching out!One thing you can try is adding the app through theintegrationspage inside of slack: (You can see this when you view the members of a specific channel)If this doesn’t work, a lot of users will actually use ourZapierintegration to setup automations inside of Slack. In this case, you can setup a workflow that sends a message to multiple slack channels whenever you get scheduled for a meeting.
