Trying to reschedule a meeting in app, APIError message

I’m trying to reschedule a meeting in the app. I prefer to use the app for this because it lets me see overall availability and sometimes I need to override another meeting, I can’t see how to do this on the website any more. Am I missing something here?

I get an error message: Sorry! the operation couldn’t be completed (CalendlyKit APIError error 1)

 

So the appt wasn’t rescheduled. I try it on my other device and it says Sorry! That start time has been filled.

 

What do I need to do?
