Hi Calendly Community đź‘‹
Exciting news: Calendly is now available in Claude
With the new Calendly connector, you can handle your scheduling through simple prompts, right from your conversations (without switching tabs).
Â
What you can do with Calendly + Claude
Here are a few examples to try once you’re connected:
- Find available times
- “Find the top 3 open slots next week for a 30-minute meeting” — checks your actual availability and suggests time slots based on your event types.
- Create a one-time booking link
- “Create a single-use link for my 30-minute intro call” — creates a new meeting link without opening Calendly in a separate tab.
- Reschedule or cancel a meeting
- “Cancel my 2 pm meeting tomorrow” — updates an existing meeting using a simple request, and the change is reflected immediately in Calendly.
- Review what’s coming up
- “What meetings do I have this week?” — show you what’s already scheduled, including invitee details pulled directly from Calendly.
