Hiya! You might have noticed that your homepage has changed. We’ve made a few updates to simplify your experience and bring related tools closer together. These changes are designed to help you find what you need faster, take action with fewer clicks, and streamline your scheduling workflow. Here’s what’s new:

What’s up with all these new names?

Your homepage has a new name — what was once “Event Types” is now called "Scheduling." This better reflects everything you can now do from this page, which goes beyond just creating and managing Event Types.

So let’s look at what’s changed

  1. The Scheduling page includes three tabs to help you easily access your most essential features:
    • Event Types – Your familiar lineup of scheduling events.
    • Single-Use Links – One-off links you can create and manage.
    • Meeting Polls – A space to view and manage your meeting polls.

  1. It isn’t anywhere in the Meetings page!! This update also moves pending polls away from the “Meetings” page and to the Meetings tab in the Scheduling page.

  1. You’ll notice Event Type cards look a little different — the new linear look is more streamlined and easier to take action from. From each card, you can now:
    • Instantly book a time with someone
    • Offer time slots by copy and pasting your calendar directly into an email
    • Share your availability via email
    • Create a Single-Use Link

  1. Single Use Links sSUL] have changed. We’re merging the Customize Once and Share feature with the SUL feature and upgrading that functionality from a simple toggle on the share modal to a proper right-rail editor.
Here’s what will be editable across Event Types:
  • For one-on-one Events:
    • Name
    • Contact info
    • Location
    • Duration
    • Availability
  • Only contact info will be available to edit for Group, Collective, or Round Robin Events
