If you use Calendly with Zapier, we’ve added a few new ways to automate the work around your meetings.
Calendly + Zapier already makes it easy to connect scheduling with the rest of your workflow, whether that’s updating your spreadsheets, syncing info to your CRM, or keeping your team in sync without extra manual work.
Here are a few new triggers and actions worth checking out:
Book meetings with a Zap (recently added)
The Book Meeting for Invitee action lets you schedule a Calendly event directly from a zap, no booking page required.
A few workflows this unlocks:
- Book meetings automatically after a form submission
- Schedule interviews from your ATS without manual handoff
- Help sales or support teams move faster without extra back-and-forth
Contacts triggers and actions (new)
Keep Calendly Contacts in sync with the rest of your tools automatically. Triggers fire when contacts are created, updated, or deleted, and actions let you find, create, update, or delete a contact from any zap.
You can use these to:
- Sync new and updated Contacts to your CRM or marketing platform
- Find or create a Contact during a Zap to avoid duplicates
- Trigger enrichment workflows when a Contact is created
- Clean up downstream records when a Contact is deleted
Meeting Recap trigger and actions (new)
Use Calendly Notetaker meeting recaps to power your post-meeting workflows.
With these triggers and actions, you can:
- Send meeting summaries to Slack the moment a call ends
- Push action items into your task tracker, assigned to the right owner
- Log call summaries and attendees to the right CRM record
- Pipe transcripts into your knowledge base or AI workflows
No-show trigger and action (recently added)
Kick off workflows when someone misses a meeting, or mark an invite as a no-show.
For example:
- Send a follow-up email automatically
- Notify the meeting owner in Slack
- Update reporting or CRM records
- Charge a no-show fee through your payment processor
