You may have seen my previous post about our Calendly connector for Claude. Today, we’re excited to share another way to use Calendly where you’re already working: the Calendly app in ChatGPT is now available.
With the Calendly app, you can take scheduling actions through simple prompts — like checking availability, creating scheduling links, updating Event Types, and booking or canceling meetings — without switching tabs.
To get started, connect the Calendly app in ChatGPT. (Visit our Help Article for more information)
Then, try a few example prompts:
- Check availability: “Find my top 3 open slots next week for a 30-minute meeting.”
- Create a scheduling link: “Generate a one-time link for my 30-minute intro call.”
- Update an Event Type: “Change my Coffee Chat Event Type to 45 minutes.”
- Book or cancel a meeting: “Cancel my 2 p.m. meeting tomorrow.”
You tell ChatGPT what you need to do, and Calendly applies your rules and settings behind the scenes.
Have questions, feedback, or discovered a useful prompt? Drop it in the comments — we’d love to hear how you’re using it.
