If you’re in financial services, there are many ways you can use Calendly’s new browser extension! Here are a few to get you started:

  • Use the “Book meeting” button to schedule a follow-up in real time during a client appointment. That way, your next touchpoint is already in the books.
  • Book over focus blocks and movable meetings when scheduling from the extension so you can prioritize urgent client needs, like when a client needs to make changes after a life event.
  • Mark clients and prospects as no-shows if they miss an appointment and reschedule it in one click from the Meetings tab so you can keep them engaged.
  • Review client details and see your meeting history in the Contacts tab so you show up to appointments ready to help clients reach their financial goals.

Thanks Alisa, love this!! And for finserv orgs who are Microsoft shops, we also have an add-in for the Outlook desktop app that works almost identically to the browser extension -- it’s super handy for folks who are primarily scheduling with clients via email.
