1. Clear cache/cookies (steps below) 
2. Check your browser application for updates that need running > run them > restart your browser and try again
3. Try an Incognito/Secret browser window
4. Try a different browser entirely (example: if you are using Chrome, try Edge or Firefox)
5. Check your device for software updates > run them > restart your device

How to clear browser cache
