A meeting was booked, but not paid and their email doesn't work, why would it be booked but not paid?

I got a notice a paid meeting was booked but no payment, and his email doesn’t work - he does have a phone number from Europe. 

How do I handle this?

Hi ​@Mary05135 - Right now, the best way to test the integration is to book an event on your end and attempt to make a payment through the booking page. Outside of this you can wait for another invitee to make a booking and see if it works for them

If it continues to give you issues, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration and try again.

Hi ​@Mary05135 - Thanks for reaching out.

In these cases where a payment failed and you can’t reach the customer, its best to cancel the meeting to see if they rebook again in the future, and to open up that time for someone else. We’ve seen cases like these where the payment fails and the customer doesn’t appear either.

But ultimately it would be for you to decide! But if you can’t reach the customer, probably is easiest to assume that they won’t appear for the meeting either. 

If this behavior continues, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team to see if there is something going on with the payment integration.

Thank you!

I’d like to check to see if payment integration is working smoothly, how do I start this?

I found it odd that I was given an email and date and phone number for the Payee but the email failed.

I haven’t tried the phone number because without payment it doesn’t make sense.
