Anyone can sign up for Calendly but you don’t need to have a Calendly account to schedule meetings with a teacher. You would just follow the link they provided and use their booking page.
In terms of getting “money back if lesson is canceled” that would be between yourself and your teacher. Although we do offer both Stripe and Paypal integrations Calendly doesn’t own the payment process.
Rescheduling is easy! At the bottom of your invite will be a link that allows you to reschedule your meeting.
