account settings and calendar integration

I have been searching for the account settings tab as per my suggested resolution but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the website.

I am not getting an integration with my google calendar. That is what I want to do. My scheduling times are showing available when they are not.

Thank you.

How does copying and pasting my question help me?

Hi @Neil17044,

Sometimes we get spammers on here who post useless stuff or behave rather oddly. I don’t get it, but that’s just the joys of the internet. Sorry about that.

As for connecting Google Calendar, you can find it by going to https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings.

A few other links that might be helpful:

Hope this helps (and hope the spammers leave us alone)!

Thank you Jillian. I'm not afraid of spammers. The calendar was connected and I now have enabled all of the boxes on the calendar just to see if that was why. Ill be back here if I can't get it to work.

I see what's happening here. I have multiple emails integrated in my calendar.  For some reason some appointments are on one email and some another. Can I add all of those emails or do I need to comb through and make sure that all of my appointments are on the same email calendar?

Julian, is there an time for this to update itself? I have moved all my appointments to the one calendar that I have linked here however, the availability hasn't lined up yet. The same times that are not available still show as unavailable.

Hi Neil,

It should be fairly instant. If you are using the paid version of Calendly, you can connect multiple calendars (to check; can only schedule on 1) - so for example I have my work calendar and my personal calendar, but schedule on my work calendar.

As for the troubleshooting - so just to make sure I’m understanding right: you have times that should be unavailable but they’re showing as available. Correct? A few of the usual culprits to check:

  • Are events on sub-calendars in your GCal? For example, I’ve got a sub-calendar on my personal calendar called “Travel”. In order for that calendar to be checked, I need to make sure my personal calendar is connect AND I have Travel also checked for conflicts.
  • Are events marked as free or busy? Only busy events will block off Calendly.

Let me know and we’ll keep chipping away at this until you are up and running perfectly!

I have appointments booked in my calendar and when I go to my calendly link, those times show as available when they're not.

I made sure that every sub category was checked and that all appointments are on the same email.

I feel like it's a setting that just needs to be adjusted but I'm not sure which
