I have the standard paid option and for some reason not seeing the +Add duration option so that I can have multiple duration possibilities for my meeting. What am i missing?

You should be seeing the +Duration Option under your event settings here:
If you don’t see this option, I’d recommend confirming through another web browser, or by clearing your browsers cache and cookies (You can follow the instructions here: https://its.uiowa.edu/services/how-clear-cache-and-cookies-your-web-browser)
