Add invitee to joint meeting

I have the option for clients to book a joint session but the person booking the meeting only has the option to add their email to the meeting.  In the backend, it shows that i have 1 of 2 invitees but no way to add the other invitee.   How do I send him an invite and add him to the meeting?

Hi @Easyway51756 - Thanks for reaching out.

It looks like this is setup as a Group Event. With Group events, invitee’s can’t add additional guests to the event. However, this is an option you can enable with One-on-One events. There are instructions on how to do this here: https://community.calendly.com/how-do-i-40/adding-additional-guests-to-booked-meetings-819#:~:text=From%20your%20Meetings%20page%20in,side%20of%20the%20reschedule%20page.

With this event, they would just need to go to the same time slot that was booked, and add their own email to that time through the booking page. But in the future, I’d recommend using a one-to-one event as the option to add guests is selectable for the user booking the event:

Hmmm - I’m the host and want to add another person to a group event.  It appears from your response that neither the invitee or the host can add people to a group event?  That makes no sense...

If you’d like to add another user to a Group Event, you would just need to go through the booking flow again and add their details. Otherwise, the invitee can add them to the Calendar event they have as well.

But as of right now, there is not a way to add additional guests during the booking process for a Group Event. Each guest would need to be booked seperately.
