I presently use Momence for my bookings which is a crm but wanted to get away from it but it does allow me to add the bookings if someone shows up to my class late or I forget to add them ahead of time, I can add them later. Makes a big difference for me. Also would like to change the time of an individual group event if it needs to be changed for that specific day. I love calendly with everything else but if that could be added, then it would be the cats meow. If not, I have to move on. Thanks for listening

At this time, adding clients after the meeting is complete is not a feature inside of Calendly right now, but this is something that users have requested before! I sent this off to our product team to review.
However, you are able to adjust the times for Group Events on specific days. You can do this by creating Date-specific hours! You can read more on adjusting your availability for this here: Create date-specific hours

i thought when i looked at that before it was for the entire day not just for the specific event and my situation was that one of the clients had asked me to change the time of class by 15 minutes and wanted me to see if other person who had already signed up was okay with it. I just wanted to be able to change online so if anyone else signed up they knew it was a different time that day only. Thanks.
It depends on a few things like how long the original appointment is, or if the rescheduled time overlaps with the original event time. If you’re looking to reschedule the Group event, you would need to find the Individual invitee, then reschedule them this way:
Otherwise, if you’re looking to reschedule a multiple people at the same time, you would need to cancel the event, and rebook them for the updated time.
