Great question. The way I personally handle this - along with many other Calendly employees and users - is to include the duration right in the event title. So for example, I’ve got an event that says “Community Networking (30 Minutes)” so it’s easy for my invitees to see exactly what they’re clicking. Just circling back to this post to let you know that we have implemented a feature which might help here. You can now set up meetings such that your invitees can select from multiple durations. You can learn more about it here. I hope this makes your life a little easier.
