How do i display the meeting durations along with the meeting names so people dont have to click into them to find out?

Hi @Steven44115!

Great question. The way I personally handle this - along with many other Calendly employees and users - is to include the duration right in the event title. So for example, I’ve got an event that says “Community Networking (30 Minutes)” so it’s easy for my invitees to see exactly what they’re clicking. You can learn more about creating new events and where the title is here.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Steven44115

Just circling back to this post to let you know that we have implemented a feature which might help here. You can now set up meetings such that your invitees can select from multiple durations. You can learn more about it here. I hope this makes your life a little easier.
