Analytics more than one year

The Analytics page is limited to the past 365 days to help limit the load on your account. If you’d like to grab meeting data for longer than this, we recommend users pull an export from their Meetings page here: https://calendly.com/app/meetings/user/me

Heres two things I’d do before exporting the data:

1. Make sure the meeting display settings are set for Scheduled through Calendly only:

   

2. Once this is done, you can filter back for as long as you’d need, then select the Export Meetings button:

   

This will allow you to export your meeting data, so you can run any analytics you’d need.
