Android app not opening

Recently my Android app stopped opening - it stays stuck on the screen with the logo. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it opened again but is now freezing again. Any suggestions for rectifying this - it’s creating major problems for me.

Hi @Dr13770 - A couple other things I’d recommend in case those don’t work.

  1. Try clearing out the Calendly App’s cache and data through your phones settings:
    1. Open the Settings app on your Android-powered device
    2. Navigate to “Apps” or “Applications” (depending on your Android version)
    3. Select the app for which you want to clear the cache.
    4. Tap “Storage”
    5. Tap “Clear cache”
  2. I would also make sure that you’re on the latest version of Calendly and there are no pending updates in the store.

Let me know if this works!

Hi @Dr13770 - Thanks for reaching out on this.

A couple a things I would check here in this case:

  • Check your WiFi/Data connection
  • Try restarting your phone
  • Check for any software updates

Let me know if any of this works!
