Another discrepancy between Calendly and Zoom

We have reported this problem a number of times. Please let us know that your engineers can fix it! It’s a real problem when our clients (who can be located anywhere in the world) miss out on an appointment to get (sometimes crucial) legal documents witnessed.

Got it - Yes this is logged and being worked on with our team. I see you’ve already submitted a ticket to our support team, they’ll be able to reach out to you directly once a fix is pushed! Although I don’t have a time-frame on this right now, if I hear any updates we’ll let you know.

Have you made the report with our Support Team? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Let me know!

I can take a look and see if this has been reported anywhere else in the meantime.

I’ve reported this a number of times and have been told the ‘engineers’ are trying to fix it, although it appears to be intermittent. Apparently others have reported it.

Thank you. We love the program but it gets very confusing at times when one doesn’t ‘bump’ the other! I look forward to hearing from you.
