Part of my work revolves around academic term times, and I would like to schedule appointments just within those times, with other constraints such as particular days/times within that. I am able to do that by scheduling within a date range, but there is only the option to set one range at a time. So I can’t put one academic year’s bookings in one event. My other work still takes place within academic holidays, so I don’t want to block out those days. Is there a way that I can set three ranges within a year? Otherwise I have to send out a new link for each term, which can be confusing.

Hi
Hm okay, one thing I could recommend is using Date Specific Hours instead of the date range, so you can add all of the dates you’re available in one go, and not have to worry about that date range being adjusted.
From your Schedules Page, you can add your date range all at once here:

Here, you can select the days/hours you’ll be available:

Once you’re done, click Apply, and they’ll be added automatically:

Let me know you have any questions!
