I have a complex use case. I need to schedule 4 back-to-back interviews for the same candidate / person to meet with different panels. E.g., 1st 90 mins with UX Round Robin panel, next 1 hour with Product Round Robin panel, next 1 hour with Engineering Round Robin panel, and last 1 hour with the Hiring Manager (who is fixed).

Before Calendly, we typically have an ops staff to help us do manual scheduling and we usually block out 4.5 hours of the candidate’s time. Not sure how best to go about this on Calendly, and if there is any recommended best practices…

Hi @GVT11563 - Thanks for reaching out!

So the main problem I think we’ll run into is scheduling these back-to-back. One thing you can do is setup a Round Robin event thats the duration of all of those meetings. From there, you can setup multiple pools for each group like so:

While this would ensure everyone gets scheduled at the same time, the problem here is that each person would get blocked out for that four hours. You could also use this to block off the time, then have someone on the ops team setup the individual times once the meeting times are setup.

Another options would to create an event for each meeting, and have the user schedule each time on their own. After scheduling one, you can have it automatically redirect to the next booking that will need to be made. You can read more on this here: To redirect invitees after scheduling

Its definitely a complex case, but I’ll leave this post open in case anyone else has any ideas - I’ll keep digging to see if there are any solutions out there.
