I am wondering if there is a way to automatically remove meeting times from polls if they get booked in my calendar. For instance, if I have sent out a meeting poll for a date with the time slots of 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM and my 9:00 AM slot gets taken in my calendar by another meeting, is there a way to have this time automatically removed from the poll?
Hi
At this time, you cannot set it to automatically remove meeting times from the poll, this must be done manually by editing the poll from your meetings page.
On the other side, you can also set it to reserve times so no one else can book those times that people are currently voting on - Once the vote is complete, those times would be available again.

Let me know if you have any questions!
Got it - the only reason I don’t want to reserve times is because I often give customers a longer deadline of responding, and don’t want to unnecessarily block off a lot of calendar time since my availability is limited. Thank you for your quick response!
