I go on my availability to block off time. But the time I block off still shows that I'm available on Calendly. I sync my external calendars but they don’t sync. Is there anything I can do to change that? Please help.

Sounds like there are a few things to figure out here. Let’s dig in.

First, you said your calendars don’t sync. Are they syncing at all for any events or just not these blocked off time? If it’s for all events, you might want to try re-connecting your calendars. More on that here.

Second, is your blocked off time marked as ‘Free’ or ‘Busy’ in your native calendar? Depending on the calendar and how you’re creating the block, a lot of time they default to ‘Free’ which is read by Calendly as available time.
