When I book an appointment on another person’s Calendly, why doesn’t that time become unavailable on my own Calendly? Is there a better way to update my Calendaly to reflect that I will not be available when I’ve booked an appointment with someone else who also uses Calendly?

My first suggestion would be to make sure that the appointments you are booking through another person’s Calendly are populating on the same calendar that your Calendly puts meetings on. If this isn’t the case it is a pretty simple task to link those two calendars so that meetings auto-populate in both. Take a look and return here if that doesn’t solve your issue.
