I have done gaining on 7 weeks of two different successful webinars every other Tuesday using Calendly to get registrants...UNTIL NOW!
On a page on a website I own, I have posted a link to Calendly for the Introductory Webinar I teach every other Tuesday, and a different link to Calendly for the Advanced Webinar I teach for the other Tuesdays. Back and forth. Each link HAS worked for seven weeks for registrants to sign up for, and pay for.
What has worked is that I am doing a “Custom” scheduling. That means I make all days UNavailable for both, but create “Specific dates” availability for every other Tuesday. Again. that has worked for 7 weeks. So for example, for May and the Introductory Webinar, I have it set for Tuesday May 13th and Tuesday May 27th, and both dates show on the right side when I click Events, plus on the Introductory Webinar…but NEITHER May dates show up when the link is clicked on by a potential registrant, even though this has worked for ALL of April.
The “Custom” scheduling is the same for the Advanced Webinar. The dates have worked for April and for Tuesday May 6th. The remaining date for the Advanced is Tuesday May 20th and Tuesday June 3rd. Both dates do show for the Advanced.
So what went wrong for the Introductory Webinar when NO dates are showing in May when they click on it?
Now I am suspicious this is my fault. Tell me what you think. For example, for today’s May 13th Introductory Webinar, I do notice that the red Google Calendar notice that came from Calendly with the Zoom link is “over” a yellow one that shows slightly on the left edge. That means it posted ON TOP OF my own notice for today’s webinar. That may be the problem? Not only that, the red notice I got for TODAY’s Introductory Webinar shows FOUR people who registered and paid. Yet NONE OF THEM showed up for today’s webinar.
Also I didn’t get an email showing either of those four had signed up. Did I create this problem for the Introductory Webinar dates NOT showing? I did remove the red calendly notice from my google calendar 30 minutes ago, which also removed my own yellow notice under it. BUT HOW do I get the remaining May 27th date to show for the Introductory Webinar?? I have someone who wants to sign up for it, but she just emailed me that it’s not showing.
