Well, I see I’m not the only one with this issue. Now I’m wondering if I’m the only one who hasn't got it resolved or feeling completely ignored! I too mistakenly didn't see that I was signing up for a yearly subscription! This was back on November 2nd and its the 19th! I stared off with some confidence that maybe I would get a partial refund after describing my situation. That I’m on disability and some of that $120 ($100) of it was supposed to for my rent. After some replies and some confusion on mt account and Calendly unable to locate my account and payment info, I sent you guys my receipt and card and bank statement then NOTHING since! After several attempt through e-mail I've received no response and now assuming maybe I am just out and letting my landlord know Ill somehow make it up in he future.

Hi ​@Shadjustice - Sorry that you’ve been running into some issues here.

I took a look at your ticket and it appears there is one waiting on a response from last friday waiting to confirm some information - Would you be able to double check to see if you got that email? If not, let me know, support is the best place as they will have the tools necessary to assist with the payment.

no I dont see that e-mail
